The systems measure, evaluate and vote to give the crew the data necessary to keep an airplane, that can vary rapidly and wildly in weight, loading and wing-sweep (due to shucking three weapons bays full of ordinance), flying. Such quad redundance says much about the importance of an AOA system. Dan Schaefer
