My aileron hinges are getting a little loose.  I seem to recall
discussions of oversize pins and / or teflon coated pin material.  The
ACS catalog only lists .089 pin material which I am assuming is the
standard size pin.  I suspect a little oversize would be appropriate.

Any advice on the topic would surely be appreciated.

I'll be the first to tell you that those ailerons didn't wear out from
all my deep stall & aerobatic training.  No sir!  I'm a straight and
level kind of guy :)

It's amazing.  I went out of town for a week and had 200 emails to read
when I got home.  What a feisty bunch.  Keep it up!
