Find your local skeet shooting club president at the local gun club. Ask him if he could buy 20 or 25 25lb. bags of lead shot for you, and could you get the club members to buy them back at the same price when you are done using them. Tell him what you need it for. That worked for me. These guys use an incredible amount of lead shot and you won't have a problem getting rid of 10 bags at a time to sometimes just one shooter who likes to reload.
