Matt, I've never bothered to measure the current drawn by my pump (I don't
have an accurate ammeter with that range available) but I've got to tell
you, my panel ammeter (60 - 0 - 60) snaps to attention when I put the gear
up! I'm guessing that on gear up, the pump has to draw at least 40 amps or
so. Have no idea if this is typical.
