Good question. Some of us with 235s or early 320/360s are even more concerned since we have much less than 1/4 inch thick canopies and fly at 180 to 200 KIAS. That bird must have hit pecker first! What kind was it? Also note that TCAS won't save you from non-transpondered geese immigrated from Canada. Maybe all we can hope for is a little slicing and dicing from the prop which might lead to the question of which is better, a two blade like a Quisinart or a MT 3 blade?
