You can get countersinks from McMaster Carr, a 3/4" countersink for aluminum PN274A515 is $19.18 a 1" countersink for aluminum PN 2742A517 is $31.82 (These are three flute countersinks specifically designed for aluminum)a 3/4" countersink for steel PN 2846A127 is $13.38 a 1" countersink for steel PN 2846A128 is $22.32.(These can be used in aluminum also they are single flute.)Make sure to tell them you want 100 degrees.
