I know we can always be sued for anything but I wonder what most of you do when taking passengers for rides?
Do you have them sign a document that states the risk of flying in an Experimental? Then what do you do with that document so that the family will have it, should something bad happen?
If one has a sizable estate, I'm sure the Lawyers for the remaining family would claim that the passenger didn't understand the Risk.
This must have lot's of history, so if there is some place I should look, please advise.
