I started a company that leased block time to pilots(no students) that were looking to build time. For a fee for 50 or 100 hours they were given a share of ownership and a key to the airplane. The arrangement was for 6 months after which I purchased back their share for $1. This worked very well for me if you keep the airplane busy.
