Hello list,

I am contemplating the purchase of a Piper Arrow specifically for lease back to
my local fbo/flight school. The Arrow they had on the flightline was recently
sold and so I have nothing remotely interesting to fly for the next year plus
while I finish my 360. The fbo tells me they would see between 250 to 300 hrs of
usage in a typical year. I'd like to hear directly from any of you who have
experience with the pros and cons of this type of arrangement.
