Yes, it's more expensive than getting the parts from a junkyard, but it will still be about 25% of the price of an aircraft part. Besides, you can probably order the funky electrical connector you'll need at the same time. I used this approach, and bought interior lights from a Chevy pickup truck, just like on 222H (a Grand Champion 360 built by Duane Hitchcock) for about $75. I thought it was safer than removing the lights from my wife's truck.... By the way, I've been looking for a nice automotive cupholder. Imagine the snob value available by saying "yes, this cupholder comes from a 1998 Maserati." Unfortunately, the nicest cupholders I've found so far come from a Hyundai. Not much snob appeal there, I'm afraid. - Rob Wolf >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://members.olsusa.com/mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please remember that purchases from the Builders' Bookstore assist with the management of the LML.
