However, there are no places at Boeing Field where they are much better. For the record, I've been flying into Boeing from Pt Townsend for about 20 years - regularly. I've always parked at Galvin and choked when I paid for the fuel that I regularly purchased. Why would I buy their gas? Well, Galvin almost always has a courtesy car to loan me and when they don't, they give me a darn good rate on a rental. They have almost NEVER charged me for overnight parking on their ramp even thought the published rate has gone from $4 per nite to $7 or $8 - maybe even more. I've stayed there as long as three weeks at a time and hardly ever been asked to pay. The folks there are terrific and they give excellent service. I think even if you are from out of town, if you ask they'll help you in a zillion ways and if you're careful what you buy from them you'll get a good return for your money. The few times my aircraft has developed mechanical problems while on their ramp they have been quick to help and it seemed the rates were reasonable. Oh yes - bring a cover for your airplane because as everyone knows it always rains in Seattle.
