Thanks Dave Morse for good reasons not to bring this monster into being. Leave the associations to the certified catagory and not to the
experimental category because, in the end, the assoc. and insurance co.
would require every IV-P or other type Lancair to be identical. Individual
innovation would be out!  Is that what you really want?
