The sentence, as originally submitted to LML, was:
"So if your crankshaft main bearing clearances are 0.002 at 70degF,...."
That is, TWO THOUSANDTHS, in case the LML postprocessor strips off the significant characters again.

or Oshkosh.... I get to do all that kind of work. And no, I don't strip off
significant characters, nor does the listserver software... it considers
anything in the body of the message as one huge string of characters, and
it couldn't care less if you round up to the foot or down to .0000001,
and neither do I. The only editing I do is for the occasional
mis-spelling, but that's about it. I suspect it was just a typo. But thanks
for the correction just the same.
