Why not purchase a pan heater like the E-Z Heat Model 540 for the TCM
550, plug it in and leave it on?  It draws about 500 watts so at $.05
per Kilowatt Hour would cost $18.00 per month, or at $.10 per KWH would
be $36.00 per month for several months.  Cheaper than a phone line for
12 months.  Or is there a problem with keeping the engine oil at 140-160
degrees?  Are the heaters designed for continuous duty?
