As to your questions, here is my $.02:

What kind of inspections would be required, who would do them,
where would they take place?   SINCE CHARLIE IS A DAR AND DID YOUR 
INSPECTIONS ALL THE WAY ALONG, I WOULD SAY IN YOUR SITUATION YOU ARE PROBABLY 
COVERED.  FOR FURTURE PROJECTS I WOULD PROPOSE THAT A QUALIFIED NON-FACTORY 
INSPECTOR PERFORM THE INSPECTIONS ON SITE JUST LIKE YOU HAD DONE.


Would the inpections that have already been done
be satisfy?   PROBABLY...THE ONLY ADDITIONAL INSPECTION MIGHT BE SOMETHING 
SUCH AS A A FUEL TANK CAPACITY TEST INVOLVING FILLING THE TANKS AND THEN 
DRAINING THEM THRU THE FUEL SYSTEM USING THE HIGH BOOST AND MEASURING THE 
AMOUNT BUT THAT COULD BE DONE IS IT HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN DONE UNDER THE 
SUPERVISION OF AN A&P SO THE COST WOULD BE MINIMAL.

Who would provide the recurrent training and where would that be
done?  AGAIN I THINK THE OPTIONS ARE OPEN.   EITHER THE CHECK PILOT COMES TO 
YOU OR WE ARRANGE A GROUP CLASS AT SOME AGREEABLE LOCATION FOR SEVERAL PILOTS 
WTH FLIGHT TRAINING FOLLOWING THE GROUND SCHOOL ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

What kind of documentation would be furnished and who would be
responsible for its accuracy and authenticity when questioned by the
insurance companies?  I SUPPOSE THAT THE ASSOCIATION WILL DEVELOP GUIDELINES 
IN THIS REGARD BUT THE ORIGINAL SIGNATURE FROM THE DAR/CFI SHOULD SUFFICE.

Would the discounted insurance rates only be available
from one company or is there thought that more than one company would be
involved?  I WOULD PROPOSE WE TRY TO OFFER A COUPLE OF OPTIONS SO THAT NO ONE 
COMPANY FEELS THEY HAVE A LOCK ON OUR BUSINESS.
