The Duke's valve is rated and set for max 5 psi differential, tho 5.5 is
possible.  Of course, the actual cabin pressure differential is variably
set off the panel controller.  We're suppose to test the pressure vessel
(cabin) to 7.5 psi prior to initial launch.  Perhaps we need an annual AD
for recurrent retest at 7.5 psi on the ground.
