Gentlemen:

Thank you all for the tremendous response.   We now have over 40 indications of interest in a Lancair based association designed to engage in collective bargining with the Insurance industry and promote safety thru more comprehensive training and aircraft inspections.

These numbers - while falling short of the target of 100 - are encouraging and so in an effort to move forward, I have arranged for a representative of the insurance industry to visit a builder in Texas and see what goes into the building of one of our planes.   Obviously  education is the primary objective as if the "paper pushers" understand the product they're insuring better they will realize that a Lancair is a far different aircraft than most other experimentals.

Anyone who knows of a flying aircraft (320/360/ES/IV or IVP) located in Missouri or Kansas please let me know if it would be possible to arrange a test flight for him so that we can promote the aircraft in person.  He is a pilot with considerable experience and I think this could be the best sell of all!   Plus the insurance underwriters like to see a company man who is familiar with the aircraft type.

More news to follow as things develop.
