Try an inflatable lumbar support. My cadillac has one using a pneumatic pump. But you could buy a blood pressure arm band and modify it as appropriate and insert the balloon into your seat back and inflate it with the squeeze bulb. Might be someting to consider as a deluxe model. Of course you could make a crescent external foam lumbar support and add it between your back and the seat or velcro that support to the inside of your flying jacket. A cheap fix. Some ideas to consider.
