Sounds like a nice system! However I think the belly scoop is a bit more effective. Here's why. The air will be outside in the belly scoop and not in the tail cone. It doesn't matter how big the fan, your airflow will be
hindered by your nacca scoop size. It has been determined by many of us "360'ers" that the nacca scoop has a great deal to do with how much cool air is allowed in. As far as the belly scoop, there should not be a drag penalty due to the fact that cool air is entering and hot air is exiting, producing a very small amount of thrust. I like the airflow system and it's looks...just my opinion.
