This is not as good as an in person appraiser, but if you are an AOPA member, I believe they have an appraisal program on the members only portion of their website.  You answer a bunch of questions and they spit out a value.  Don't know how accurate it is, but it is most probably better than a wild guess by an average pilot/aircraft-owner.  I believe trade-a-plane has a similar service on their website for their online subscribers.
