Wasn't all that long ago you made some pithy observations about a similar activity on a North Atlantic crossing, was it? This stuff has gone on and will continue to go on while there are people who believe themselves to have a knowledge base superior to that which is manifested in (most of) the FAR's, and therefore exempt from them.
