We've had a spate of non-subscribers submitting spam and viruses to the LML
recently and as a result The List has gone "over quota" for the maximum
volume amount of submissions allowable each day for the last few days... if
you've received an error msg from the LML about "maximum kilobytes per day"
this was the reason.  I'm closing the list to non-subscribers tomorrow
morning, and this will solve that problem.  Sorry for any inconvenience
this may have caused anyone.  Please re-send your messages that were kicked
back tomorrow... they should go through by then.  Thanks for your time.
