When was the last time you changed or serviced your battery? Sounds like low voltage, i.e., a dying battery to me. But I'm not an electrical engineer. I'd take a voltmeter and measure the voltage at the battery with the master off, and then at the relay with the master off and then on. If the voltages are all low, you may have a dying battery. If the voltage is different in the two places, you have a loss somewhere (bad connection or bad wire). You've already replaced the relay, so we'll assume the problem is elsewhere, and the new one is less sensitive to the problem.
