I have experienced, in varying degrees and ever since the plane was first flown, a shake in the airplane that happens between 12 and 15 knots when slowing down after landing. I have had the strut updated, the strut is properly filled, the main tires and nose tire are brand new, balanced and properly inflated (mains 65#, nose 50#), the toe-in and camber are correct.
When the shake happens, I can feel it mostly in the control stick. I get almost no indication through the seat or floorboard and cannot detect movement visually over the cowling. I do, however, see a serious shaking of the horizontal stabilizer.
The vibration does not occur on acceleration or when taxiing out at 12-15 knots. It only happens on decelleration and no position of the control stick will stop it. I have tried no brakes, some brakes and hard braking and nothing seems to help.
I would appreciate any input anyone may have about where to look next.
Thanks.
