I have just sealed the holes for the aileron, flap tubes and the gear door actuator with wet suit material. Cut a hole in the centre of the material and then made cuts approximately 1/4 inch out from the hole. Glued in position with silcone. Works well with no binding. However still not verified to be airtight. 6 months of building to go.
