Additional comments for static reducing systems. I read that an appropriate
bonding system should bond the hinges and control brackets to the braided
wires and then bond that to the static wicks. Since the hinges are attached
to the fixed and control surfaces that might offer some conductivity and or
path for electron flow. Albeit glass is a poor conductor you might obtain
some additional benefit by bonding the hinges and other metal parts of the
craft.
