I agree with Dan's recommendation of pulling the flap apart and rejigging it
to remove the twist. That is the best solution. Espcecially from a
component that is out in the air so much.

You may possibly have to cut the trailing edge apart, and reach in to
loosen
some of the ribs, reapply adhesive and rejig the flap to the correct
alignment.
