Since nobody seems to have announced it yet, let the world be advised that Doug Pohl's Lancair-IV-P (powered by an EngineAir Power Systems turbocharged, liquid-cooled V8 with EPI gearbox #4) made its first flight on Monday, July 9th, under the cool hand of sky-deity Don Goetz. Subsequent flights expanding the performance envelope have reportedly been very gratifying. More to come.
