Gentlemen

I am working on the lower cowl on my Lancair IV.  I have the standard cowl without the Dolly Parton air exits and I want to increase the exit air with louvers instead of making the bumps bigger.  I know that Lancair sells some stainless steel louvers but I don't want shiny louvers I want them painted and paint does not like to stick to stainless.  Does anyone out there know where I can get fiberglass louvers?
