And while reading my own post I noticed I hadn't expressed myself correctly. What I meant is that we felt there would not be enough room to install an inertia reel shoulder harness for the BACK seats. And therefore are planning to have inertia-reel shoulder harness for the crew, and plain lap-belts for the passenger at the back. Do you think the passengers at the back need shoulder harnesses too ?
