On our IV-P we're going with the Lancair Columbia type shoulder harness/seat belt, I contacted the company that sells it to them a few months ago and back then the price for the inertia reel seat belt was $300 per piece. I don't think that on a pressurized IV it is easily feasible to add an inertia reel (or a) shoulder harness so we decided to go with plain lap belts for the back seats, those were $90 a piece.
