Regarding inertia reels for the back seat shoulder harness, I'm putting a
reel up behind the top back corner of the rear window, same location as it
is in the Columbia.  The belt will pull across and attach to the buckle on
the seat belt when in use, and retract into the reel when not in use.  The
forward reels will go up the sidewall from beneath the arm rest and through
a guide mounted where the stock shoulder belt goes.  Check out a picture of
the Columbia for location of the rear harness.
