I have almost completed the pressure door on my IV-P.   The inside handles,
latches, chains, pulleys, etc all seem to work as advertised. Unfortunately, when I tried the exterior handles, then will not rotate. Appears as though they are contacting the outer rim of the COLLET which is
preventing them from rotating.  Since I have an early model kit (actually the first fastbuilt fuselage; vintage 1994)  I was hoping that someone  might have experienced this
problem and would share the solution with me.
