I have an Electronics International fuel computer in the panel. In addition, I have the Westberg Mfg. 12" capacitve fuel probs mounted near the top of the wing's BL50 ribs. They go down, through a hole in the slosh baffel (that I wish I had made larger), to the bottom of the tank fairly close to BL50. I'm guessing it is ~They are read on a dual tank meter from A/C Spruce that is on the panel. The meter needles read the last ~8 gallons in each tank. The meter calibrates from F to E and is more precise (vs. accurate) than a full tank meter. I have calibrated it, to give better accuracy, at each quarter tank mark. It is not as linear as I had expected, but it still gives me a good indication of the fuel left if it should become critical. As I recall, my MAC servo wiring goes through the plastic pipe (do they still use a THICK walled PVC pipe for this?) with the strobe wires into the wing tip and then back, into the area in front of forward spar of the aliron, then into the aileron forward spar to the motor.
