I've also had ground problems with my nose gear door trying to close before
the
nose wheel is retracted.  I replaced the sequence valve a couple of times and
finally resorted to adding the optional hydraulic line that adds down pressure
to the door cylinder in the hopes that somehow this'll do the trick.  I've yet
to try it out.  

It's a real head scratcher.  In theory that door should not move until the
sequence valve is actuated (at the end of the wheel cycle of course).  All
I can
figure is that the valve leaks a little.  I think the mains (with hydraulic
door
option) inboard doors threaten to do the same thing.  

How did you fix this?
