There you will find the requirement to advise ATC of the"experimental nature" of your aircraft when operating into or out of an airport with an operating control tower. Once you have notified the tower (ground, tower and approach are all technically part of the "tower") once, you need not continue using "experimental" in your transmissions. This same paragraph of your Operating Limitations contains the requirement to put "experimental" in the remarks section of your IFR flight plan.
