DUKES PUMPS if you are buying a pump do not buy a Dukes pump unless it is a cheap used = one. then do you really want to fly with the "cheapest Bidder" Lancair wants $2000.00 for the 28 volt pump (NONE IN STOCK) Lancair wants $3200.00 for the 14 volt pump for the 28volt they can ship next June or July...=20 the Dukes have resistors that go bad in the pumps that control low and high= pressure with circuitry. CJ AVIATION=20 wants $1=2C450 for ether 14 or 28 volts and can ship in one day C J makes their own replacement parts for Dukes pumps and will rebuild what= ever you have. three years ago they broke with=20 Dukes and went out on their own. and designed their own pumps. Charlie at CJ is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. he told me that they build solid state electronics to operate their priori= ty pump and build it to Boeing standards=20 so that it would meet military specs.
