There is a company out there (forgot the name) that displayed a system at Oshkosh to adjust trim speed by airspeed. Has also been suggested to adjust trim speed by whether flaps are deployed or not. The trim is the right speed for takeoff and landing, but too fast for level flight. What I (and many others) have learned to do is to "blip" the trim. This seems to work OK.
