As far as I can tell the cylinders on the Cirrus are not effective to this planned AD.  If I'm not mistaken most Cirrus (non-turbo) have the IO-550N.  This engine has the induction on the top side and exhaust on the bottom.  From what I have read this type of cylinder in not effective to this AD.
