If I had to spend 2 weeks in Hawaii, I'd go to PHOG - bit of wind shear in
the area though (Maui, been there, done that in a locally rented 172) and land
between the two mountains. Thence to Kapalua Bay Resort and a series of
little umbrella shaded beverages.............
