I have the Superior cold air induction sump on my engine. I converted
from the original Ryton sump that Superior
no longer sells. Some of the cool things about their part:
Much more direct intake tubes, this saves a lot of cowling space.
Oil screen is installed at a bit of an angle, thus little to no mess when
you remove it to check for metal.
A center and aft port for your sniffle valve, so if your tail low the aft
port drains more fuel.
It does have ports for inverted oil systems, if you were so inclined.
This shows the old plastic sump being replaced with the Superior sump, from
a few years ago.
