I have the winglets, so I added a static wick to each, primarily because each winglet contains an internal antenna. BTW, if you decide not to use your extra wicks, I'll be happy to buy them from you. Also, I have been interested in gap seal ever since I built my plane so please let me know if you have any before/after results. Regards, Bill H
