We're really looking forward to October at Taney County Airport and Branson, Mo. We need your cooperation for a number of things listed below. The success of this fly-in is dependent on you as well as us. =20 =20 1. If you have not made your hotel reservations yet - do so now. The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is sold out of our block of rooms. The Hilton Convention Center, across the street, has a few rooms left at our special rate. Once these are booked, then please make hotel reservations wherever you can. Let us know where you are staying and a cell phone contact in case we can re-book a cancelled room. We are not able to obtain anymore rooms at either Hilton. Please Understand that if you must cancel your Hilton reservations at either hotel, NOTIFY BOTH LISA AND CLAUDETTE IMMEDIATELY. When we commit to a block of rooms, we sign commitments the hotels will have that level of revenue from us. If you don't attend, and your room goes unoccupied by a Lancair person, we still have to pay for it. If you let us know you have to cancel, we can re-book one of your fellow Lancair friends into your room. =20 =20 2. If you have not paid your registration fee to Lisa at Lancair, please do so now. =20 =20 3. Let us know if you are flying in and what aircraft type including "N" number.
