Hi John
If you are still not flying than have it all checked, the bolts on my
cylinder (220 hours) were wrongly torqued causing them to break inflight.
Also one of the rocker arms (100 hours) broke as well.
And yes the engine looked like it was running very well.......
Mine was the TSIO550 (400hp)

Has anyone had experience with Performance Engines in Laverne, CA? If
so, good or bad reviews? If bad, who do you guys like out there for a TSIO
-550
in a IV-P? I have a quote from TCM for a stock engine, just exploring
options. I recall some bad stories last year but don't remember the shop
names.
