From the attached photo I see the panel was built by Lancair Avionics. They should have drawings for it. Whether or not the drawings will answer your questions…

Hi All,
Since I bought my IV rather than build it, I have some questions as to what some of the breakers are for. I've attached a photo. The ones I'm curious about are:
ALT SENSE (2amp)
AUX POWER (5amp) (is this the cigarette lighter plug)
GEAR PRESS (2amp)
GEAR LOCK (3amp)
GEAR MINDER (1amp) (is this the voice that tells me to put the gear down / up depending on speed ?)
FUEL PUMP REMINDER (10amp)
