Good morning all,

Because the fuselage fillets as they came out of the mold were not quite
identical in position, I set the full down flap position relative to a straight
edge across the longerons near the rollover. Then, in the full up position of -7
degrees, they were faired in to the fillets.

Of course, my concern is that after spending an anal amount of time blending in
the flap trailing edge to the fuselage fillet, in flight experience might require
an adjustment up or down...thus causing all this "blending time" to be wasted.

So, I'm wondering how sensitive are these flaps to small rigging adjustments of
perhaps a 1/2 turn on a rod end bearing?

Thanks,

Angier Ames
