I tried it on a demo basis on an iPad 3G for a couple of hours. There is lots to love about it. However, after seeing the Flight Guide iEFB app at Sun N Fun, I'm going to wait to see their final product before buying. On the whole, I liked it better. But as Ron Galbraith says - it will only get better. Hopefully, there is a printing capability and a USB capability in its future. I understand that Voyager is going to port their system to the iPad. I currently use that on a PC/Windows-based Motion LS800. I have a huge amount of energy and work invested in the area under the learning curve, and may want to keep that investment. However, the iPad version had better have a simpler interface and about a 30-50% reduction in buttons to tap on the screen :-)) Let me know off line how it is going. I did test it in direct sunlight. It is better than the LS800 and very functional. Cheers, John Schroeder ES - 348 hours.
