I know of more than one 360 that had runway excursions due to P-factor. I add power slowly until the rudder is effective using brakes if needed. After that pour on the power and go.

So far I've avoided clipping the left runway lights, but the configuration's P-factor needs some kind of special attention... hopefully not requiring structural modification.
