The LOBO social at Airventure Thursday July 31 was very well attended by nearly 100 members and guests. Thank you to Mr. John Allen and Falcon Insurance who graciously sponsored our event. Chartis (formerly AIG) John "JT" Helms fielded questions about the state of the aviation insurance market and continued Lancair insurability.

Directors Jeff Edwards, Bob Pastusek and Claudette Colwell outlined LOBO's mission and recent LOBO events including the recent maintenance seminar in Manassas, VA. Future LOBO events include a similar maintenance weekend in St. Louis in mid September and an upcoming weekend in CA in November. LOBO now has nearly 200 members and signed up ten new members at the social.
