Chief Aircraft just got in a new shipment of LARGER swivel air vents.
The aluminum swivel air vents sold by Aircraft Spruce, Chief, and others
are 7/8" outlet.
Chief has the WEMAC WEM 2373-1 vents available with a 1 1/4" outlet that
mount in the same size (1 15/16") hole with 4 bolt pattern ($73.50).
If my math is correct, the outlet area is approximately 100% larger!
I will do an inflight comparison test soon to test these larger vents.
